Who am I? Why am I here? What is the meaning of life?

Taken from Ilchi Lee blog.

Ilchi Lee states that these questions are some of the most important questions one must answer in their lifetime to grow. I’ve pondered these questions for as long as I can remember. Amazingly, I have found that I am one of the few who even think to ask! These questions were a burden to me, until I found Dahnhak, and Dahn Yoga , and Ilchi Lee helped lead me to the answers.

Look inside, the answers are within you. I found that timing is everything. Just like a seed, the potential for a tree or flower always lies within, but until the seed is given the proper conditions to grow, it will not bring forth what it truly is. It will just remain a seed. I think a seed is still a wonderful thing. It is worth no less than a fully blossomed flower or tree.

We must consider, and bless who we are at every single moment, whether it be a seed, a sprout, or an ancient and wise elderly plant… as in the Chun Bu Kyung, all things come and go. There is no beginning and no end.

I am happy to be who and what I am. I am prepared for my growth, but I cherish each and every blessed stage of that. I enjoy the journey.
